The « Global Consortium for Technology & Business » at the Ceram

The consortium which gathers twelve international universities involved in technologies and management will start with a workshop at Sophia Antipolis, from October 4th to 7th.

About twelve international universities which are leaders in their area, will contribute to the Ceram, at Sophia Antipolis, during the launching workshop of the “Global Consortium for Technology & Business”, which will take place from October 4th to 7th 2001. This new worldwide network specialized in technologic management was initiated by the CERAM (France) and the University of Maryland (USA).The first building workshop will gather universities selected for their strong commitment in Technologies and Management: University of Maryland, Cambridge University, Honk-Kong University of Science and Technology, Asian Institute of Technology, National University of Singapore, McCombs School of Business Texas, Sloan School of Management (MIT), Arizona State University, Hass School of Business (Berkeley), Technion Israel Institute of Technology.On the agenda of the workshop : information technologies (e-business, e-commerce, e-services), high tech entrepreneurship, knowledge management, strategy and information systems, intercultural management, management of change and globalization.
