The countries most corrupt: Nigeria, Yugoslavia and Ukraine. The most righteous: Finland first (a 10 out of 10 mark), then Denmark (9.8/10), followed by two placed equal third: Sweden and New Zealand (9.4/10). These are the results of the yearly 'honours list' of the Transparency International Organization publisned on Wednesday. According to studies, surveys, enquiries lead among businessmen, risk analysts and travellers, Indices de la Perception de la Corruption (IPC - bribery index) were established country after country. With those rates, there are marks from 0 to 10 (0 is the worst mark which indicates the most corrupt country). They indicate about bribery level of civil services and politicians of each country, which allows comparisons.And, what about France? France is ranked 22nd out of 90 checked countries. Her mark was slightly bettered compared with last year (6.7 vs 6.6), but she lost one seat. Some efforts are to be done, above all to compete with Great-Britain (8.7), USA (7.8), or Germany, 17th with 7.6…
