Cannes: unfaithful competition for local delinquents?

During the meeting about the balance of this year tourist season, organized last Tuesday by the SEMEC in Cannes, the police chief Jean-Claude Suzanne has noticed that the increase of complaints for theft in Cannes had followed the increase of tourist rush (+15% for the complaints). Comments: the number of arrested people has also increased by 15%. Among the summer delinquents a great number were from Paris or Lyon suburbs. This unfaithful competition, of course provoked a protest movement among our local delinquents.
