E-krach: after the dot-coms, market places?

Some change is expected in the B to B (Business to Business) after the one which took place in the B to C (Business to Consumer) in 2000, from which suffered the dot-coms. Anyway, it is Richard Seurat's point of view, vice-president of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
