EDHEC in Nice: e-commerce law days

Jean-Pierre LargilletJean-Pierre Largillet··1 min de lecture

The first days about e-commerce law will take place at the Edhec in Nice from Oct. 23 to 25. Organized by the Edhec juridical section with the 'company law' school from the Montpellier Law university, this meeting has, as an aim, to enrich the debate about juridical stakes linked to e-commerce boom.

During the three days, five big issues will be developed: the international juridical framework of e-commerce (Brussels, UN, auto-regulation), problems in private international law, questions about the concept of a person, the contract concept, questions about property

Information and contact:
Paying entrance: 500 francs for students, 3,000 francs for firms (1,500 francs for only one day)
For further information see the Edhec site.
