The general manager of the Martinez in Cannes, Jean-Louis Bottigliero, 37, the new rising star of the European hostelry, has been nominated executive general manager of the international chain Relais & Chateaux, an office he will be on October 1st 2001. it is a new post , created by Régis Bulot, the president of the voluntary hostelry chain. After having started at the Grand Véfour in Paris, he is at the head of the Gilly Castle in Burgundy (Traversac Group) that he links to the chain Relais & Châteaux which he becomes the regional delegate. Second step: he is nominated Crillion's assistant general manager in 1996 by Jean Taittinger, the president of the Concorde group which owns the Parisian palace. Third step one year later: general manager of the Martinez in Cannes, another jewel of the Concorde chain. A fourth step will begin in October for this manager aged of less than 40 years old…
