"The law for social modernisation and the conciliation board of employers and wage-earners in industrial disputes" is the theme of the meeting organised by the "Centre des Jeunes Dirigeants" (Young company managers' centre) on the French Riviera. It will take place on Wednesday November 21st at 19.00 in the premises of the Company's association 06 (U.P.E. 06), 26. boulevard Carabacel, in Nice. Alain Delopez and Jean-Christophe Lisjack (mediation and advice), Bernard Ollivier (Ollivier enterprises), Dominique Gauthier (Job Pass) should give the opinion of the CJD French Riviera on the matter. The national representation (National Assembly and Senate) is finalising a new law for social modernisation mentioned a press release. The name already says much on the intentions. Social reports within the company are likely to be changed. Is it the social responsibility of the company to give jobs for life? Why make laws without the advice of social partners? A law for large companies but what will be the consequences for small companies? What will be the consequences for contentious matters in industrial disputes?InformationFabien Paul, President of the C.J.D Nice Côte d’Azur Tel 04 93 83 91 23.
