Sophia: CICOM launches thematic breakfasts

The former manager of the CICA, with several partners, launches, in its company incubator, a debate cycle dedicated to start-up managers.

The European Company and Innovation Center, CICOM Organisation, Ernst & Young Entrepreneurs in collaboration with the Maison des Entreprises of Sophia Antipolis and the CCINCA are starting again a thematic breakfast cycle. CICOM Organisation, the former manager of the CICA, had already set a monthly breakfast cycle when they were at the head of the International Center for Advanced Communications. Momentarily stopped, these breakfasts are started again and will take place from now on in the incubator that CICOM has launched on the research park, Antipolis 1, 300 route des Crêtes, Sophia Antipolis. The first meeting is on November 6th from 8.30 to 10.30 on the theme of "Your international development: what are the problems ?".Globalisation, new potential markets, increased presence of the international competition, aggressiveness of "newcomers" are today part of the preoccupations of many SMEs. This is why they need to set up an adapted internationalisation strategy. But how can we find the good partners ? Making the right choice of a possible setting up ? The meeting will bring answers to precise questions such as the bases of the export development, the choice of the most appropriated structure (liaison office, branch office, subsidiary), human resources management, flow management, etc.A second meeting is already planned for December 6th with "Start-up Connexion" on the theme of growth accelerators. The cycle will go then on all the year 2002 long.
