In only five months, it became one of the most visited German websites (more than 250 000 opinions on-line) cia.com was launched in February in France among others and there is already consists of more than 10 000 opinions. This website, which says to be free and independent, describes itself as 'the first interactive market of users and consumers' opinions. Exchange space between its members, ciao.com gets the experience of everyone to make the purchase decision of all easier.'The company, which announced it would pay the 30 000 first opinions put on-line, got a reliable financing anyway: it has just succeeded to get a second investment. It raised about 20 million Euros with European venture capitalists Index Venture (Genève) and Apax Europe IV (Munich, Londres, Madrid).
