The general authority for judicial services has the mission to make the list of functioning problems met and to make, if needed, “useful propositions”.

Marylise Lebranchu, Minister of justice referred the case to the general authority for judicial services ( IGSJ) concerning the running of the tribunal of Nice. The IGSJ was given the responsibility to make the list of functioning problems met within this jurisdiction and to make every useful propositions if needed, as it was noted in a press release published on Tuesday, July, the third. This mandate should allow the authority to search if some criminal or civil cases were dealt within a legal mark, it was declared.This decision, which was qualified as “excellent” on Tuesday by the state prosecutor of Nice Eric de Montgolfier , follows the different incidents which happened these lasts weeks at Mid, June, The Minister of Justice had asked the higher council of Judges (CSM),the suspension of Jean-Paul Renard .The senior member among investigating magistrates of Nice is indeed suspected to have used confidential information for the “Grande Loge Nationale de France”The CSM, after his testimony didn’t decide to suspend him.Another incident: the development of the Kamal case.
