Jocelyn Passeron and Guillaume Ferreboeuf who are two web designers and Rebecca Cutter (public relationships), propose to take 360° pictures for CD-roms or web sites. Organisé principalement par la Société Française d'Acoustique et l'Institut National de Recherche sur les Transports et leur Sécurité, il réunira 1.200 spécialistes et une soixantaine d'exposants de 46 nationalités. Ce congrès, qui a lieu tous les ans dans un pays différent, se tient pour la deuxième fois en France (il s'était tenu à Avignon en 1988).Au menu : les techniques de maîtrise du bruit. L'édition 2000 portera notamment sur les nuisances sonores liées aux transports.

L'est du département des Alpes-Maritimes a décidé de jouer lui aussi la carte de la création d'entreprises.
